Health Dialog provides total population health services to health plans, providers and self-insured employers. When they were purchased by Rite Aid, CommCreative provided new messaging, branding, DIGITAL AND PRINT COLLATERAL, and a website that positioned them at the forefront of the industry.

Refreshing the brand

After a thorough brand exercise, we developed a messaging roadmap that positioned Health Dialog as an experienced, yet innovative provider of total population health services. The tagline, “Total population health. One person at a time.” references both their sophisticated data analytics and their one-on-one health coaching. The logo, which combines a speech bubble with a stethoscope, perfectly encapsulates what they do.

Building a unique online presence

We redesigned the website to give Health Dialog a more contemporary look and feel. Large videos of crowds (representing population health) fill the top portion of the screen and are paired with photos of individuals to represent their health coaching. A long scroll reveals infographics and other thought leadership content.

Extending the look

In addition to the website, the new brand look and feel was extended to all of Health Dialog’s print and digital collateral—stationery, brochures, data sheets, emails and presentation decks.

Taking it on the road

The new brand was unveiled at AHIP, one of the industry’s largest trade shows. CommCreative developed a comprehensive marketing plan for their appearance at the show, which included pre-show digital promotions, incentives for booth attendance at the show and post-show follow-up.
