Massage Envy Spa is a national leader in providing affordable massage and spa services. Their locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine needed an integrated marketing strategy to drive more leads, establish presence in their communities and build value. We created an integrated digital and media strategy that provided individual locations with their own digital ad presence, social community, reputation management and public relations support.


Results that feel great

Our paid search campaign generated thousands of leads, with a conversion rate higher than 10% and an average cost per click under $2.



We developed a comprehensive social media calendar that featured regular updates relevant to each location’s region. Through our efforts, we were able to:

  • Increase the size of the social community by over 5,500 members
  • Generate 8.1 million page impressions by 4.7 million users through check-ins, page posts, fans, mentions and user posts.
  • Increase the number of social interactions the community members engaged in (liking a Facebook page, checking in, posting photos, etc.) by 16,000



A treatment for a better reputation

Our digital public relations push succeeded in improving Massage Envy’s regional brand reputation, with over 300 comments and reviews addressed on Yelp and Facebook. Local listings were also optimized for accuracy and consistency. In the first six months of our region-wide PR campaign, we were responsible for over 160 media clips, and our blogger outreach campaign generated over 33,500 impressions. Holiday-themed campaigns, especially a Valentine’s Day contest, generated thousands of likes and comments.
