Maplewood Senior Living came to us with a bold idea: to create a new brand of ultra-luxury senior living communities, starting with a new property right on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. They needed a name, a visual identity, a lease-up campaign … oh, and an actual building. And that's how Inspīr was born.
Our Approach:
A new brand from the ground up.
As we were naming and building the Inspīr brand, their first property in New York was literally under construction. By being part of the process so early on, we were able to collaborate closely with the architects in order to infuse the physical experience of the building into the brand identity. We introduced the Inspīr brand as the height of senior living, with a chic, sophisticated look and feel and aspirational internal and external messaging that hits on a key insight: wealthy seniors want to maintain their lifestyle. (And why shouldn’t they?)
Elevating the experience.
Instead of typical lease-up tri-folds and pamphlets, we designed marketing materials that felt more like premium keepsakes.
